We will usually take from two to four hours to complete the home inspection and make a report of the findings. Once the inspection is complete the detailed report and any related photos will be printed on site for the client, and we will discuss the findings with the customer. Our job is to provide an accurate and thorough assessment of the home condition, but also to educate our clients on proper home maintenance and operation.
